1. Can I access my email from home?

• Yes! Anyone with an Internet connection can access their WCPSS email account from home via https://wakeid.wcpss.net.

2. Who can I contact if I have additional questions?

• All questions regarding WCPSS email must be routed through the Help Desk at helpdesk@wcpss.net or (919) 664-5700.

3. How do I change my password?

• Password changes are completed using the WakeID Portal. Instructions are available at: http://mywakeid.wcpss.net/change-pw.htm.

OR

• Contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@wcpss.net or (919) 664-5700 to reset your password.
